Class is designed to transition you from work and stress to your physical body as a tool to help navigate stress and pain. Creative yogic movements and stretches are highly beneficial to your bodies circulatory system (cardio, immune, neurological) aids in sleep, digestion, and other body functions. This is not a Vinyasa or a Flow. More Hatha Style of Yoga
All Levels Yoga Class. Use of props and hands on assists will be made available.
