They park somewhere when the liver cannot handle the load. Stomach fat – is dangerous. Stress chemicals – create toxicity and they actually omit inflammation signals. They deposit on the stomach area as fat cells – not from foods, but from stress. All of this is a fertile environment for pain, disease, insomnia, digestive issues, and exhaustion.
When your brain is tired your body may feel unmotivated. It’s natural for the “idea” that rest is needed floats through your consciousness. Then you cannot sleep.
All of the stress chemistry agitates your body because it needs to move.
Gentle Moderate Yoga with Amber is a well crafted class. We don’t just “do yoga”. Every class is different. Every class has a balance of movements that do not place too much of a demand for the body to perform a movement. Every student is encouraged, educated, and strongly supported to use props and how to use them. You will slow down. You will bring an appropriate challenge to your hard working body. That’s my job.
Try to remember, by the time 6 pm comes along your body has been hard at work all day.
